Terms & Conditions

Delivery Schedule will be calculate from the date of advance payment clearance, Any pipeline& electrical work need for machinery will have provide by customer, Any civil work if required, is customer scope of work. At the time erecting of machine, extra manpower will be provided by the customer, Customer has to arrange lodging & fooding at site / nearby site. In case of any service issue, customer has to directly contact to ISHAMINA office. Company will not liable or responsible for warranty if machine is serviced by outsider. All electrical spare warranty by 6 months and other equipment by 12 months from the date of erecting and invoice raised, which will be earlier. In case of wrong operation or mishandling of machinery, Company will not be responsible, Machines should be operated as per company’s guideline. For training of machine operation and regular maintenance, Customer should arrange sound stuff. Any environmental, political issue, power cut issue, delivery schedule may change at any circumstances. We believe that service is our capital & goodwill. So kindly call immediately if machine get breakdown. Kindly collect payment clearance certificate from company after erecting of machine. For better performance, use company recommended spare & consumables.
